Six-colour A4 photo printing in a compact multifunction design
The Epson Expression Photo XP-8700 combines A4 photo and document printing with flatbed scanning and copying, six-colour Claria Photo HD ink and wireless operation.
Six-colour photo output
The Claria Photo HD ink set uses Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Light Cyan and Light Magenta. Borderless 4 x 6-inch photos are listed at approximately 10 seconds on the stated Epson paper and draft setting.
Print, copy and scan
The XP-8700 supports automatic two-sided printing, A4 flatbed CIS scanning at 1200 x 4800dpi and standalone copying with 25% to 400% scaling.
Touch, card and wireless access
A 4.3-inch colour touchscreen with gesture control is supplied, together with Hi-Speed USB, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, WiFi Direct, mobile printing and supported SD memory cards.
