  The newly developed LUCIA PRO II¹ ink includes an advanced colour development process that retains colour in an image for much longer. As a result, printed images have an excellent lightfastness which are preserved for 200 years²

  

• Producing a Deeper Black Density

  Use of low reflectance pigments provides high black density. This allows fine art paper to reproduce a deeper black colour whilst expanding the range of expression of the work.

  

High Scratch Resistance

Wax is added to the inks for abrasion resistance. This prevents scratching, making your job easier on glossy paper when it comes to offline processing and transporting.

  Canon’s special Chroma Optimizer ink minimises microscopic bumps between ink droplets, to give your prints uniform glossiness and regulate surface reflections.
