The MA4000x prints at up to 40 A4 pages per minute with 1200 x 1200dpi resolution and a listed first-print time of approximately 5.8 seconds or less.

Expandable paper handling

A 250-sheet universal cassette and 100-sheet multi-purpose tray are standard. Optional feeders can increase total input capacity to 850 sheets, while output capacity is 150 sheets face down.

Touchscreen operation

A 4.3-inch touch panel supports direct operation. Standard memory is 512MB and is listed as expandable to 2.5GB.
