How It Works

We buy back your old Orbi routers and reimburse you with store credit. You can use your credit to upgrade to a newer, faster Orbi model with a hefty discount on our sale price.

Note: You can return Orbi routers purchased from any Australian authorised NETGEAR reseller (not just us). Please have a copy of your invoice ready, as we will check to confirm this.

We accept Orbi returns from any Australian NETGEAR Authorised Reseller.

Request Trade-In

  1. Submit a Request
    Click the button below and fill out the trade-in form. If your Orbi model isn’t listed, contact our team to check its trade-in value.
  2. Receive Confirmation
    Our team will review your request and send you a confirmation email—please wait for this before sending your device.
  3. Send Your Orbi
    Pack your Orbi routers securely and ship them to us as instructed.
  4. Get Your Credit
    Once we receive and assess your device, you’ll receive Device Deal store credit to use on an upgraded Orbi system.
  5. Buy Now, Send Later (Optional)
    Request confirmation from our team first. Once approved, purchase your new Orbi, then send your old device within 30 days to receive a refund credit equivalent to your trade-in value.
