Do you accept Change of Mind returns?

Change of mind returns may be accepted for unopened, unused products that meet our conditions and are requested within 7 days of delivery. Opened items are generally not eligible except in limited cases such as DOA or incorrect supply.

How do I return a faulty product?

Please contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RMA). Approved items must be returned with all packaging and accessories. Faulty products are assessed and resolved in line with Australian Consumer Law.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once returned goods are received and approved. In some cases, repair or replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

All products are covered by Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a fault or a dead-on-arrival (DOA) product, our Sales Support team can assist.

Australian Consumer Guarantee

Our product warranties operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Unless otherwise noted, all products (except ex-demo and second-hand items) include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Digital Licences (e.g. Antivirus Codes)

Technical support for licensed software is provided by the software manufacturer.

Physical Software (Boxed Products)

Unopened boxed software may be returned if it meets our unopened product conditions or was supplied incorrectly. Opened software is not returnable unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Unopened Products

An RMA must be approved before return. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Approved returns may be refunded less original freight and applicable restocking fees.

Opened Products

Opened products are generally not eligible for change of mind returns, except where:

Damaged, DOA or Incorrectly Supplied Products

Products found to be functional may be returned at the customer’s cost.

Processing Credits / Refunds

Important: Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

Information for International Customers

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned international shipments incur all associated shipping costs.
