Key Dates
2 December 2025: Rewards Program officially ends.
From this date forward, no new rewards credit will be earned on any orders.
Existing rewards credit can still be used for 6 months, until 2 June 2026.
What This Means for You
Any rewards credit already in your account will remain available.
You can apply your existing credit to eligible purchases at checkout until 2 June 2026.
After this date, any unused rewards credit will expire.
Why Are We Making This Change?
We’re simplifying our customer programs and focusing on improving pricing, service, and overall shopping experience. Ending the Rewards Program helps us streamline our operations and continue offering competitive pricing across our products.

Once you have credit available, you can apply it to future purchases during the checkout process.

Each purchase credit will last for 6 months from the date of order invoice. After 6 months the credit will expire and be removed from your account.

Visit your Device Deal My Account page. If you are logging into your account for the first time, select "forgot password / set your first time password" to set your password. Once signed in go to 'My Account' located at the top of the website where you will be able to check your balance.

Credit acquired through Device Deal Rewards will expire 6 months from the date of invoice.
Credit acquired through Device Deal Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credit acquired through Device Deal Rewards cannot be transferred or refunded.
Credit will not be available until your order has been dispatched. Credit will be removed from your account in the event of an order cancellation.
The Device Deal Rewards program is only for orders placed through our online store through the standard self-checkout process.
Orders through quotation or over the phone orders are not eligible for the rewards program.
Credit can be used on purchases made through the online store and collected from our warehouse in Vermont.
Device Deal reserves the right to change the terms and condition of the Device Deal Rewards Program at any time without notice.
