For the Arlo Secure App with Feed:

1. Log in to my.arlo.com.
2. Click Secure > My Arlo Account.
3. Under Subscription, click Redeem Service Code.
   Note: If you have multiple Locations, select the Location to which you'd like to apply the service code. You will need to have at least one active device on the Location to redeem the service code.
4. Enter your code and click Redeem.
   If you are currently on an Arlo Secure trial, click Change Plan.
5. Follow the instructions to purchase an Arlo Secure plan.

Android Arlo Secure App:

1. Launch the Arlo Secure App on Android.
2. Tap .
3. Tap Subscription.
4. Under Arlo Secure, tap Enter Arlo Secure Code.
